History & Structure

Process Equipment Parts Limited - (PEPL) is a Nigerian Oil & Gas service company, serving the oil & gas industry and other high tech manufacturing and service organisations in Nigeria. Over the years, a close technical partnership has developed between Industrial Solutions UK (IS) and PEPL with full knowledge share between each other. IS also lends its buying power to PEPL though it's London and Texas offices.

Our operation in the UK has established close working relationships with a number of OEMs and main distributors in The UK, Europe, The USA, and the Rest of The World which positions us to offer competitive pricing options to our clients.

Our senior management team has over 35 years experience of operations & procurement / supply chain strategies in the oil and gas industry, as well as consulting and change management skills. They have played key roles in setting up joint ventures and technology transfer partnerships between other Nigerian and US/ European companies.
